Eksara Jayan is a lead business analyst at a global technology company, working for global Fortune 500 companies. He has over a decade of expertise in business analysis and enterprise transformation. In the middle of his career, at a young age, he spearheaded the business analyst practice of a prominent global Fortune 50 company’s business analysis and product design team in Sri Lanka. With diverse experiences across 5 completely different organizations, Eksara has established a fully fledged business analyst unit with school leavers, training and applying them to designing complex financial products and revolutionizing workflows by pioneering design thinking practices.

Notably, Eksara was the first in Sri Lanka to execute Google-style design sprints inside a financial institution, extending with lean methodologies and human-centered design for enterprise and core system development.
